Terms of Service

1. Overview

3D3D Atlantic Cooperative ("3D3D", "we") operates the Old Girl community printer project at oldgirl.3d3d.ca. By using this site or submitting to the print queue, you agree to these terms.

2. Print Queue

Queue submissions are accepted in good faith. We do not guarantee print completion timelines, specific materials, or print quality for community prints. Queue positions may change. Queue jumps are non-refundable if the printer is operational at the time of purchase.

3. Donations

All Ko-fi donations go directly to printer maintenance and filament. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donor recognition is at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting a print file to the queue, you warrant that you have the right to reproduce the design. We are not responsible for copyright infringement by users. Infringing submissions will be removed.

5. Limitation of Liability

3D3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for a specific queue jump, if applicable.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of New Brunswick.

6A. Consumer Protection

These terms are subject to the New Brunswick Consumer Product Warranty and Liability Act (SNB 1978, c. C-18.1) and applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under provincial consumer protection law.
